What is Payce?

Payce is a cash back program designed to help you achieve your goals by turning the cash back you earn into extra payments toward bills, savings, or charitable donations.

How does Payce work?

With Payce, you earn cash back from your everyday purchases online and in-store from participating merchants and Payce turns your cash back into extra payments to the account you register to pay.

How do I join Payce?

You simply provide your first name, last name, email address, and zip code and create a password to become a member.

How much does it cost to join?

There is no cost to join Payce.

Why do you ask for my card numbers when I enroll?

We use your credit and debit card information only to identify purchases eligible for cash back at participating merchants. If you don't register your cards, you cannot earn cash back for in-store purchases at participating restaurants and stores. However, you can shop and earn cash back online without registering your cards. Not all cards and transactions are eligible. When using a debit card, select 'credit', do not use a PIN. Why do you ask for my payment account information when I enroll?

Payce was created to help you achieve your goals by making extra payments to the account you register to pay. We cannot make payments on your behalf until you provide your account information.

How many merchants are part of the Payce program?

More than 40,000 stores and restaurants participate, including member favorites Kohl's, CVS, Macy's, Petco, Target, Home Depot, and Gap.

Can I earn rewards from other loyalty programs if I receive cash back from Payce?

Yes. When you join Payce you continue to earn the points, miles or other rewards you normally earn on the credit cards you register. You also continue to earn rewards through any story loyalty programs you belong to. Payce is a separate program, that provides additional cash back opportunities from the merchants that participate.

How can I be sure all my eligible purchases are recognized for both my online and in-store shopping?

While most transactions are captured without error, exceptions are possible.

To help ensure your eligible online purchase is captured:

  1. Always start your online shopping journey at paycepays.com.
  2. Do not click any other sites before completing your online purchase.
  3. Be sure that your browser and security settings allow cookies.

To help ensure your eligible in-store purchases are captured, be sure to make purchases only with the credit or debit cards linked to your Payce account. Not all cards and transactions are eligible. Who is eligible to join Payce?

Individuals over the age of 18 who reside in the United States or its territories are eligible to join.

Can I have more than one Payce account at a time?

You can only establish one account per email address and each of your credit or debit cards can only be linked to one Payce account.

Is my credit and debit card information safe?

Yes. Payce and its partners tokenize, encrypt and store your card information on secure servers, which are continually tested and enhanced, to ensure that your data cannot be compromised.

What type of cards can I link to my Payce account?

You can link all of your Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and bank-issued debit cards. Currently, other card networks are not a part of Payce.

What information does Payce collect about me?

During enrollment, Payce collects your first name, last name, email, password and zip code to establish your account. In your member profile, Payce collects your address, phone number, email preferences, linked cards, and accounts you'd like to pay with the cash back you earn. On your homepage dashboard, Payce reports your account activity, including the date, amount and cash back earned on each eligible purchase and the date and amount of all payments made to your registered payment account.

How does Payce use my information?

We use your information to provide account and program updates, to personalize offers based on your preferences and purchase history, and to develop new product offerings and merchant relationships. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.

With whom does Payce share my information?

Only Payce and our service providers, including your program sponsor, have access to your information. We do not sell, rent or share member email addresses or information with any third party. We do share aggregated analytics about member engagement and purchases in the program that show, for example, how many members earned cash back through particular offers or types of offers with merchants and other program partners, however your personal information and individual purchases are not shared with any third party . What if I no longer want to receive marketing from Payce?

You can opt out of receiving marketing emails in the footer of any marketing email you receive from Payce.

Does Payce use my phone or browser location data?

Payce does not currently use your phone or browser location data to provide you with personalized content such as notifications, offers and merchant information. We may add this feature in the future. If you do not want to receive location based offers, simply turn off location based tracking, in your browser settings.

How do I earn cash back?

There are two main ways to earn cash back with Payce:

  1. Earn cash back for online purchases with participating merchants at paycepays.com.
  2. Earn cash back on eligible in-store purchases with participating retailers, restaurants and service providers.

Who pays the cash back I earn?

Participating merchants pay the cash back in return for your purchases. Merchants are invoiced for the cash back you earn on eligible purchases once a month and typically forward your cash back to your Payce account within 60-120 days.

Who decides what cash back rate I receive?

Participating merchants determine cash back percentage earned on eligible purchases. It typically ranges from 1-15% depending on the merchant and season.

Does my cash back ever expire?

No. Cash back earned through Payce never expires. It is held in your Payce account until a payment is made to your liked payment account, which occurs monthly when your balance is at least $20.

How much cash back will I earn with Payce?

The amount of cash back a member can earn varies based on:

  1. The number of eligible purchases made.
  2. The amount of the eligible purchases made.
  3. The cash back percentage offered by the merchants on your eligible purchases.

Will I earn interest on my cash back?

No. Your cash back does not earn interest.

Do I need to save my receipt to earn cash back?

No. When you shop online at paycepays.com or in-store with your linked credit or debit cards, you automatically earn cash back on all eligible purchases.

Can I keep cash back for returned purchases?

No. Your cash back will be adjusted to reflect returned purchases.

How do I track my cash back?

You can track the cash back you earn on your homepage dashboard at paycepays.com.

How long does it take after a purchase for my cash back to post to my account and be available for payment?

In most cases, we identify and post cash back you earn within 24 hours of an eligible purchase, however, it can take 60 to 120 days for your earned cash back to be received from the merchant.

What can I pay with my earned cash back?

Your cash can be used to make extra payments to any type of loan such as a student loan, car loan, mortgage or credit card; to a savings account, HSA, or retirement account; or to make a charitable donation.

How does Payce make payments for me?

Payce automatically forwards your cash back to your registered payment account each month when your balance is $20 or more.

Can I pay more than one account at a time?

You can pay only one account at a time. However, you can easily change the account you want to pay at any time within your Payce profile.

Do I have to request a payment be made?

No. Payce automatically forwards your cash back to your registered payment account each month when your balance is $20 or more.

Do I get notified once a payment is made?

Yes. You will receive an email from Payce each time a payment is made to your registered payment account. You can also view your payments on your homepage dashboard.

How do I track my payments?

You can track payments made to your registered payment account on your homepage dashboard.

How do offers work?

Payce provides multiple types of offers to members:

  • Always on offers provide a set percent cash back for all of your purchases or for specific types of purchases from a particular merchant
  • Limited time offers are available for a short time only to reward specific types of purchases from a particular merchant.
  • Opt-In Offers require you to accept an offer before shopping and then complete the purchase with the offering merchant on a linked card in-store.
  • Discount offers provide a reduction in the purchase price in addition to the cash back you will earn.

Will I receive offers, discounts and deals from Payce?

Yes. You can review personalized offers on your homepage dashboard of paycepays.com. Additionally, you will receive a weekly and monthly email providing program updates and featuring personalized offers, discounts and deals.

Do I need to activate offers?

Certain offers with the "Activate" button next to them need to be activated before you can earn.

How often are new offers added?

New offers are added to Payce on a weekly basis.

How do I manage my Payce account?

You can view your earnings, payments and payment account information on your dashboard and can view and update your personal information and linked cards in your Profile.

How do I recover or reset my password?

You can easily reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the Login screen.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to your homepage dashboard and link to your Profile to make changes.

What can I do if the earnings and payments information on my homepage dashboard is incorrect?

While the cash back you earn is typically noted within 24 hours, it can take longer for some merchants to report. If you don't see a recent purchase on your dashboard, wait a week and check again. If your homepage dashboard still doesn't not reflect what you expect, please contact us so that we can research the issue. You can contact us through chat or by email at support@paycepays.com. Can I cancel my Payce account?

Yes, but we'd be sad to see you go. If you want to cancel your Payce account, please contact us by email at support@paycepays.com or call us at (888) 315-8959.

Can I invite friends & family to help me earn cash back?

Yes. You can invite friends and family to join your Crew and contribute the cash back they earn to help you make payments to your registered payment account. Go to your homepage dashboard to invite friends and family or manage your Crew.

Who can join my Payce Crew?

You can invite anyone you know to join and contribute their cash back to help you make payments to your registered payment account and reach your goal.

How do I invite Crewmembers?

Go to your homepage dashboard and click the "Manage Crew" button to invite your Crew to join.

Does my Crew receive offers?

Yes. Just like any other member, your crew will receive offers from participating merchants.

Does my Crew receive notices about their contribution to my account?

Yes. Your Crew can view their own homepage dashboard and keep track of their purchases and earned cash back.
