Payce is a cash back program designed to help you achieve your goals by turning the cash back you earn into extra payments toward bills, savings, or charitable donations.
With Payce, you earn cash back from your everyday purchases online and in-store from participating merchants and Payce turns your cash back into extra payments to the account you register to pay.
You simply provide your first name, last name, email address, and zip code and create a password to become a member.
There is no cost to join Payce.
Payce was created to help you achieve your goals by making extra payments to the account you register to pay. We cannot make payments on your behalf until you provide your account information.
More than 40,000 stores and restaurants participate, including member favorites Kohl's, CVS, Macy's, Petco, Target, Home Depot, and Gap.
Yes. When you join Payce you continue to earn the points, miles or other rewards you normally earn on the credit cards you register. You also continue to earn rewards through any story loyalty programs you belong to. Payce is a separate program, that provides additional cash back opportunities from the merchants that participate.
While most transactions are captured without error, exceptions are possible.

Individuals over the age of 18 who reside in the United States or its territories are eligible to join.
You can only establish one account per email address and each of your credit or debit cards can only be linked to one Payce account.
Yes. Payce and its partners tokenize, encrypt and store your card information on secure servers, which are continually tested and enhanced, to ensure that your data cannot be compromised.
You can link all of your Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and bank-issued debit cards. Currently, other card networks are not a part of Payce.
During enrollment, Payce collects your first name, last name, email, password and zip code to establish your account. In your member profile, Payce collects your address, phone number, email preferences, linked cards, and accounts you'd like to pay with the cash back you earn. On your homepage dashboard, Payce reports your account activity, including the date, amount and cash back earned on each eligible purchase and the date and amount of all payments made to your registered payment account.
You can opt out of receiving marketing emails in the footer of any marketing email you receive from Payce.
Payce does not currently use your phone or browser location data to provide you with personalized content such as notifications, offers and merchant information. We may add this feature in the future. If you do not want to receive location based offers, simply turn off location based tracking, in your browser settings.
There are two main ways to earn cash back with Payce:
Participating merchants pay the cash back in return for your purchases. Merchants are invoiced for the cash back you earn on eligible purchases once a month and typically forward your cash back to your Payce account within 60-120 days.
Participating merchants determine cash back percentage earned on eligible purchases. It typically ranges from 1-15% depending on the merchant and season.
No. Cash back earned through Payce never expires. It is held in your Payce account until a payment is made to your liked payment account, which occurs monthly when your balance is at least $20.

No. When you shop online at paycepays.com or in-store with your linked credit or debit cards, you automatically earn cash back on all eligible purchases.

In most cases, we identify and post cash back you earn within 24 hours of an eligible purchase, however, it can take 60 to 120 days for your earned cash back to be received from the merchant.
Your cash can be used to make extra payments to any type of loan such as a student loan, car loan, mortgage or credit card; to a savings account, HSA, or retirement account; or to make a charitable donation.
Payce automatically forwards your cash back to your registered payment account each month when your balance is $20 or more.
You can pay only one account at a time. However, you can easily change the account you want to pay at any time within your Payce profile.

Yes. You will receive an email from Payce each time a payment is made to your registered payment account. You can also view your payments on your homepage dashboard.

Payce provides multiple types of offers to members:
Yes. You can review personalized offers on your homepage dashboard of paycepays.com. Additionally, you will receive a weekly and monthly email providing program updates and featuring personalized offers, discounts and deals.
Certain offers with the "Activate" button next to them need to be activated before you can earn.
New offers are added to Payce on a weekly basis.
You can view your earnings, payments and payment account information on your dashboard and can view and update your personal information and linked cards in your Profile.
You can easily reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the Login screen.

While the cash back you earn is typically noted within 24 hours, it can take longer for some merchants to report. If you don't see a recent purchase on your dashboard, wait a week and check again. If your homepage dashboard still doesn't not reflect what you expect, please contact us so that we can research the issue. Yes. You can invite friends and family to join your Crew and contribute the cash back they earn to help you make payments to your registered payment account. Go to your homepage dashboard to invite friends and family or manage your Crew.
You can invite anyone you know to join and contribute their cash back to help you make payments to your registered payment account and reach your goal.
Go to your homepage dashboard and click the "Manage Crew" button to invite your Crew to join.
Yes. Just like any other member, your crew will receive offers from participating merchants.
Yes. Your Crew can view their own homepage dashboard and keep track of their purchases and earned cash back.
