Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Payce Referral Program described here ("Payce Referral Program"). Payce LLC ("Company" or "we" or "us") offers the Payce Referral Program to Payce members who are interested in referring friends and/or family members to sign up for and use the Payce rewards program.
Payce members located and residing in the United States are eligible to participate in the Payce Referral Program. The Payce Referral Program Terms and Conditions do not alter the terms of any other agreement between you and us, including the Payce Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use found at Payce Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy located at Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. By participating in the Payce Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions found at Payce Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy located at Privacy Policy.
Current Payce customers are eligible to earn a referral bonus for a referral meeting the following conditions:
- The individual referred to Payce is a natural person located and residing in the United States;
- The individual referred to Payce is not already a Payce member;
- The individual referred to Payce signs up for Payce by visiting paycepays.com and using your custom referral link or code (or any other identifier Payce supplies to you to track referrals);
- The individual referred to Payce agrees to and complies with the Payce Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use found at Payce Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy located at Privacy Policy; and
- The individual referred to Payce makes one or more Qualifying Purchases from a participating merchant in accordance with the Payce Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use.
Referral bonus amounts can be found at the Rewards section once logged in. These amounts may change from time to time, at Payce's sole discretion and without notice. The referral bonus amounts applicable to you are the amounts displayed at the Rewards section at the time the individual you refer to Payce signs up for Payce by visiting paycepays.com using your custom referral link or code (or any other identifier Payce supplies to you to track referrals).
By participating in the Payce Referral Program, you represent and warrant that you have a personal relationship with any individual that you refer to Payce and that you have consent to invite the individual to the Payce Referral Program and to share information regarding the individual with Payce. You also represent and warrant that you will comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Payce Terms of Use, and any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations related to your participation in the Payce Referral Program.
The following activities are prohibited and will disqualify you and individuals you refer to Payce from participating in the Payce Referral Program:
- Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Payce Terms of Use;
- Self-referral;
- The creation of multiple or fake or fraudulent Payce accounts;
- Making purchases or using a Payce account that is not yours;
- Soliciting individuals to whom you have no personal relationship to sign up for Payce;
- Posting your referral link on social media or on any web page or at any forum that is not owned and controlled by you;
- Misleading or attempting to mislead anyone in connection with the Payce Referral Program;
- Taking any action or making any content disparaging or damaging Payce or the Payce Referral Program;
- Any other conduct that damages or may damage Payce or the Payce Referral Program.
We reserve the right to withhold, deny or cancel any referral bonuses and/or terminate your Payce account if we determine that your conduct or any referral is fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or the Payce Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
Payce may suspend or terminate the Payce Referral Program and/or to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
